If the customer has left a short response, close the ticket.

Examples: 

"Thanks!"

"This was helpful!"

"I enjoyed using this!"


If the customer has left a very detailed, personal, extremely complimentary, or negative feedback comment, assign those tickets to Alison. This is an example of something that can be assigned to Alison:



If a customer has left a comment, question, or problem that you can respond to, please log into TpT and do so. You might say something like:


I'm so glad this worked well for you! Thanks so very much for your purchase and for sharing this feedback. I appreciate you!!
