When an RIC member cancels, they will receive the "RIC Exit Survey" tag in Kajabi. When they receive that tag, they'll be added to this sequence:

In this sequence, we urge coaching members to consider the non-coaching option. We also invite those whose payment failed to rejoin and update their payment method.

Lastly, in this sequence, there is a survey offered for $10 off in our shop (coupon code is in another RIC Knowledge Base article). We use this feedback to guide decisions about the RIC.

RIC members who cancel will also receive the "Past Reading Intervention Collaborative Member" tag in Kajabi. This tag ensures that tags will be removed in ConvertKit.

Canceled members will also be sent to the "RIC Member Onboarding" AirTable so that the table can be updated.
