I got a notification that your payment for your Rising Readers membership failed. Unfortunately, the site may lock you out from accessing all your materials until you've updated your payment information. :(


It's easy to fix - just follow these steps to put in your correct card information: 

1. Log in just like you normally would.

2. Click on your avatar (profile picture) in the top right of the page.

3. Select "Settings" from the dropdown.

4. Click "Credit Card Info" on the top right.

5. Hit the "Change Card" button and put in your info.
