We should only need to revoke access if our members have failed their monthly payments. Here are the steps for revoking access:


  1.  Check Kajabi to ensure no other payments were made or special notes added
  2.  Revoke access to all Rising Readers products in Kajabi, if necessary
  3. Remove the appropriate member tag in Kajabi
  4.  Make sure payments have been cancelled through Stripe or PayPal
  5.  Remove the "{Member} Rising Readers - Paying Members (DATE)" tag in ConvertKit
  6.  Make sure the canned response for "Monthly payment failed (3rd time)" has been sent to the customer so they are aware that their membership has been revoked.
