We should only need to revoke access if our members have failed their monthly payments. Here are the steps for revoking access:
- Check Kajabi to ensure no other payments were made or special notes added
- Revoke access to all Rising Readers products in Kajabi, if necessary
- Remove the appropriate member tag in Kajabi
- Make sure payments have been cancelled through Stripe or PayPal
- Remove the "{Member} Rising Readers - Paying Members (DATE)" tag in ConvertKit
- Make sure the canned response for "Monthly payment failed (3rd time)" has been sent to the customer so they are aware that their membership has been revoked.
