When a Google Voice ticket comes in, it will say something like "Text message from *Phone Number*" or "Voicemail from *Phone Number*". 


These tickets cannot be answered in Freshdesk. Click the Google Voice image to be taken to Google Voice. You may need to log into the Learning at the Primary Pond Gmail account if it does not automatically do so.


After responding in Google Voice, please close the ticket in Freshdesk.
